The hotel had a very helpful housekeeping team, and the staff members were sweet and kind. the restaurant offered delicious food, and the view from the top floor was simply excellent. These elements made my business trip a bit more enjoyable.
The rooms were in need of renovation, the TV channels were limited, and the lack of tea/coffee making facilities was a downside. These aspects impacted my overall stay negatively.
